We are a small, locally run business passionate about bees, sustainability and the planet. We were set up and founded by Michael Walsh who leads beehive inspections, setting up solitary bee nesting sites and teaching beekeeping to the next generation of keen apiarists.
Meet the Head Apiarist
Michael Walsh first started beekeeping in 2004. After a long hiatus he returned to the beekeeping world in 2015 after finishing his studies at Trinity College, Cambridge.
Born and raised in South East London, Michael has spent time living in the USA, Honduras and China. He advises and keeps bees for corporates and maintains his own apiary in South East London.
A keen cyclist and botanist, he can regularly be seen tending to his plants or cycling the streets of London.
