Corporate Hive Management

We offer complete management of apiaries for corporates. From hive installation to weekly inspections, we are with you from the beginning and along the way.

Depending on where you are in your beekeeping journey, we can provide bees and hives for those wishing to set up an apiary or manage an existing apiary.

We source the bees from local apiaries in a sustainable way so that the bees are well adapted and suited to their new environment.

Once an apiary is set up, we can manage the bees. Visits are conducted weekly in spring, summer and early autumn. Visits are less frequent over the winter and are geared towards checking that the bees have enough supplies and if not to top them up with some sugar fondant.

Social Media Campaigns

We offer social media packages for brands with an ESG strategy.

This could entail designing and producing social media content for use on your social media channels to partnering on a specific environment themed campaign.

We work with brands committed to protecting the environment and the local ecosystem.

Pollinator Habitats

We offer the creation and maintenance of your pollinator habitats, from producing recommendations on how to attract pollinators, to creating the right environment for them to thrive including nests (where relevant), landscape and gardening services.

Once a site is set up, we monitor the progress of the pollinators to ensure they continue to thrive and have a net positive impact on the local ecosystem.

Meta-barcode analysis and eDNA

Water, soil and/or pollen analysis to determine an area’s genetic diversity. We will visit your site to collect data and then provide a report on an area’s biodiversity metrics or data on a specific species as requested.

For bee specific data, we use a meta-barcode analysis technique to identify sampled population genetic variants for each species identified. In this way, we can provide an indicator of the number of breeding lineages detected amongst the flowers sampled.

Corporate Workshops/Lectures

Corporate workshops and/or lectures can be arranged on request. These can be tailored to your needs depending on participants/attendees prior experience.

When it comes to honey extraction, we know how much work this can involve. We therefore offer a honey extraction service, whereby we remove the honey frames from the hives, extract the honey and return the frames and bottled honey to you.
